Lives of the Sahaba

A monthly gathering led by Dr. Sherif Ahmed, offered to cultivate a community rooted in sacred knowledge and companionship. Each session explores the lives, character, and legacy of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ, following Men Around the Prophet as its guide, so that their history is learned and their example carried into our own lives. The gathering closes with salah, a communal recitation of Surah al-Kahf, and dhikr. Open to all; no enrollment required.

Dr. Sherif Ahmed

Founder & Director, SIRAT
Dr. Sherif Ahmed is an imam, scholar, chaplain, and educator, and the founder and lead scholar of the Seminary for Insight, Research, and Transformation (SIRAT). He holds a doctorate from Colorado Technical University and an MA in Islamic Studies from Chicago Theological Seminary.
